Service Manager at Gainesville GMC

We are seeking an Automotive Service Manager who will be responsible for the day to day operations of our Service department at Gainesville GMC. • Be comfortable with and responsible for hiring, training, and motivating the technician, service advisor, parts, warranty and service support staff to meet and exceed business and customer expectations.
• Drive profitability through increased sales, gross profit, P&L management, and labor cost control

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction for both internal and external customers

Requirements:

• Experienced fixed operations management (preferred)
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team to exceed business goals
• Ability to handle multiple departments in a fast-paced industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Reynolds a plus but not required
• Professional appearance and demeanor
