Summary
HMS is hiring Financial Services Representatives to support our Alaska account. These representatives will perform cash management / processing functions related to Alaska Medicaid. Supports the financial services business process team in delivering efficient and effective outsourced processes and services within the Alaska Medicaid program. Demonstrates business knowledge and skills developed through formal job-related training or work experience. Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision. Identifies issues and all contributing factors in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures, and makes sound decisions.
Your role in our mission
- Accurate typing and adding, manage deposit information / tapes / account numbers, verify spreadsheets / banking information, daily fund verification (inflows and outflows).
- Analyzes claim payments.
- Enters financial transactions.
- Responds to internal and external client inquiries.
- Processes paper checks or warrants.
- Performs bank reconciliations and reconciles and processes annual 1099s.
- Processes voids and stop payments.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

The pay range for this position is $35,900 - $51,300 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
