Aerospace Assembly and Deburring Technician for Gaishin Manufacturing Kalamazoo Facility :

Our AA&D Technician works Monday - Friday from 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm. We are looking for candidates that are looking for a long-term career at a company that values and supports their employees.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined Aerospace Assembly & Deburring Technician to join our team. This role involves the precise installation of threaded inserts in aerospace components, deburring of machined parts, and performing detailed visual inspections to ensure compliance with strict quality standards. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, strong hand-eye coordination, and the ability to perform repetitive, precision-based tasks efficiently.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Install treaded inserts into aerospace parts according to engineering specifications and work instructions
• Perform hand and mechanical deburring of machined components to remove burrs and sharp edges.
• Conduct thorough visual inspections using magnification tools, gauges, and measurement instruments to ensure part compliance with quality standards.
• Identify and report any non-conformances or defects to the quality team for corrective action.
