Requirements
We are searching for a candidate with:
- At least 5-7 years of prior experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in manufacturing or the elevator industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience translating business needs into technical requirements
- Technical expertise in Infor Visual ERP, including implementation and enhancement experience
- Understanding of discrete manufacturing processes, including order management, production planning, materials management, and inventory control
- Proficiency in requirements analysis and process mapping tools/methodologies
- Working knowledge of Microsoft tools (MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and familiarity with JIRA
Duties and Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document ERP business requirements for order-to-cash processes
- Conducting in-depth analysis of existing ERP systems and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Translating business needs into user stories and technical requirements for ERP development teams
- Creating AS-IS and TO-BE process maps to support communications, training, and change management initiatives
- Analyzing manufacturing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending process improvements
- Utilizing Infor Visual ERP expertise to support and enhance ERP system functionalities
- Acting as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment across the organization
- Providing regular updates to the PMO and assisting with sprint planning and project progress tracking
- Supporting end-users and training initiatives to drive ERP adoption and efficiency
You will work closely with stakeholders across departments, including operations, IT, and leadership teams, reporting to the ERP Project Manager at our Bronx, NY headquarters. This role requires a hybrid schedule (3 days/week in the office) with occasional travel (25-30%) to other company locations across the U.S. and Canada.

- Salary for New York City Based Applicants: $90,000 - $115,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and in keeping with local legislation).
