Vantage is comprised of eight business units including GAL Manufacturing; GAL Canada; Hollister-Whitney; Elevator Controls; Courion; Bore-Max; Thames Valley Controls and Vertical Dimensions. Through its brands, Vantage supplies almost all electro-mechanical devices used in contemporary elevators. Vantage group employs over 1000 staff in multiple locations across the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom.
Requirements
We are searching for a candidate with :
- At least 5-7 years of prior experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in manufacturing or the elevator industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience translating business needs into technical requirements
- Technical expertise in Infor Visual ERP, including implementation and enhancement experience
- Understanding of discrete manufacturing processes, including order management, production planning, materials management, and inventory control
- Proficiency in requirements analysis and process mapping tools / methodologies
- Working knowledge of Microsoft tools (MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and familiarity with JIRA
Duties and Responsibilities
A typical day may include :
You will work closely with stakeholders across departments, including operations, IT, and leadership teams, reporting to the ERP Project Manager at our Bronx, NY headquarters. This role requires a hybrid schedule (3 days / week in the office) with occasional travel (25-30%) to other company locations across the U.S. and Canada.
