Job Summary:

The Datanet Network Monitoring Specialist is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the health, performance, and stability of network systems. This role involves proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and escalating issues to ensure optimal network availability and reliability. The specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve network incidents in real-time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor Datanet network systems and infrastructure for performance, availability, and reliability using network monitoring tools.
• Conduct real-time analysis and respond promptly to any network alarms, outages, or performance degradations.
• Perform troubleshooting to identify root causes of network issues and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Assist in configuring, deploying, and maintaining network monitoring tools and software.
• Track and document network incidents, outages, and resolutions while maintaining accurate records.
• Develop and update monitoring reports and dashboards to provide insights into network health and performance.
• Collaborate with other network and systems engineers to optimize and maintain network reliability.
• Provide suggestions to enhance network performance and monitoring capabilities based on incident analysis.
