• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for any app-related issues.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Proven experience in developing and deploying mobile applications, preferably
for municipalities and utilities
2. Minimum 10 years’ experience developing mobile apps for IOS, Android, and
cross-platform mobile app development preferably for municipalities and
utility customers
3. Extensive understanding of mobile app development including data
management and connectivity protocols
4. Extensive experience with backend development, RESTful APIs, and server-side
technologies
5. Familiarity with building user-friendly UI/UX and working with design teams
6. Ability to work independently and proactively solve complex technical
problems
7. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to
non-technical stakeholders
8. Intermediate – expert level in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams
9. Preferences:
o Public utility and government sector experience
o Knowledge of agile development methodologies
