Galatoire's Restaurant is seeking a dedicated and experienced FOH Manager to join our award winning FOH service team to oversee our dining establishment's daily operations. You will be joining a team of experienced qualified professionals, responsible for providing customers with a classic New Orleans dining experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all FOH staff
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Attend weekly meetings to discuss upcoming business needs
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous fine dining experience
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high volume environment

Duties
- Supervise and coordinate front of house staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
- Oversee customer service standards, addressing any guest concerns promptly and effectively.

- Implement strategies to enhance guest experience and increase customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven experience in supervising staff within a fine dining environment.
- Strong shift management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in training development and staff training initiatives.
- Background in restaurant management is required.
