Responsibilities :
Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for home care staff
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Provide training and development opportunities for staff
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Assist in performance management and evaluation processes
Collaborate with management to create a positive workplace culture
Qualifications :
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
3 years of HR experience, preferably in home care
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in New York and New York City
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Knowledge of HHAExchange is a HUGE plus
Knowledge of other languages besides English is a HUGE plus
