Office Manager - Galaxy Ground Pool Construction
The nation’s largest and fastest-growing swimming pool builder has an immediate employment opportunity for an Office Manager.
We are seeking a detailed and organized individual to help in a fast-paced office environment with heavy phones, data entry and office tasks.
Qualified candidate must be a self-starter and able to multi-task. Candidate must also have organization and communication skills. Office coordination experience. We are a unique and supportive company culture that is second to none with a strong emphasis on core values and providing for our team and their families.
We are willing to train the right candidate.
Duties:
- Basic Quickbooks data entry
- Enter Purchase Orders
- Audit inventory, release to PMs for jobs
- Logistics coordination
- Administrative support
- Customer payment management
- Regular status communication with customers
- Project management updates
- New hire onboarding
- Sales support
Candidate must have reliable transportation and be willing to work in a drug-free environment. Monday – Friday.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
