What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations / Install Manager position at Galaxy Home Recreation?
Galaxy Home Recreation is Oklahoma’s most trusted and fastest growing home recreation retailer since 1975, providing hot tubs, pools, swim spas, hot tubs, outdoor furniture, swing sets, saunas, grills, billiards, home theatre seating, FUN, FUN, FUN, and more, in our Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma City and Rogers, AR locations.
Qualified candidates must possess a skill set in logistics & scheduling, installation and service management, customer relationship and building and vehicle management. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to hire, staff, train, implement and execute in delivering a high level of operations and customer, requiring strong leadership and management.
Compensation ranges from 50 - 60k , in a combination of salary, incentives, return on efficiency and customer satisfaction, and quarterly bonuses, based on your measured ability;
- To optimally recruit, interview, hire, staff, train and develop employees, consistent with seasonal business demands
- Manage direct reports including scheduler, install manager and installers
- Supervise and assist scheduler with schedule management
- To control, manage, and improve productivity, efficiency, and quality in store operations, and staff interaction with service, warehouse, delivery, and install personnel
- Maintain and improve customer satisfaction and successful install and service ratios
- Manage and service building and Galaxy’s vehicle fleet
- Must have basic electrical background preferred
