Job Description: As a Paint and Body Employee, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to painting and bodywork on residential and commercial properties. Your duties will include:

• Preparing surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming.
• Mixing and applying paint to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Repairing and refinishing damaged surfaces, including drywall, wood, and metal.
• Ensuring all work meets quality standards and customer specifications.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in painting and bodywork, preferably in a residential or commercial setting.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials as needed.
