Key Responsibilities
- Workday Recruiting Configuration: Configure and maintain the Workday Recruiting module. Design, implement, test end-to-end, and maintain Workday business processes specific to recruiting workflows such as job requisitions, candidate management, interview processes, and hiring.
- Workday Studio Integrations: Develop, test, and maintain integrations related to the Workday Recruiting module, ensuring seamless data flow between Workday Recruiting and other systems, utilizing tools like Workday Studio.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Lead and participate in UAT testing cycles specifically to validate Workday Recruiting configurations against business requirements. Ensure all recruiting-related functionalities and integrations are working properly before deployment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work directly with recruiting teams, HR stakeholders, and other key business partners to gather requirements and present Workday Recruiting solutions across the enterprise.
- Workday Recruiting Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with the Workday Recruiting module, including configuration, management, and optimization.
- Workday Recruiting Business Processes: In-depth knowledge of Workday’s recruiting processes and workflows, including job postings, candidate tracking, offer approvals, and hire processes. Ability to configure recruiting-specific business processes to align with organizational needs.
- Core Setup and Security: Experience with configuring Workday Recruiting setups and ensuring security frameworks, roles, permissions, and access controls are properly applied to recruiting data.
- Recruiting Configuration Skills: Proven ability to customize and optimize recruiting workflows within Workday to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Workday Studio for Recruiting: Experience developing and managing integrations related to recruiting using Workday Studio.
- Testing & Validation: Strong background in leading and executing UAT to ensure all Workday Recruiting functionalities meet business needs.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to assess recruiting processes, identify gaps, and implement Workday Recruiting solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Collaborative Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on working closely with HR, talent acquisition, and other recruitment-focused teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills, with a focus on addressing and resolving issues related to Workday Recruiting configurations and integrations.
