We are looking for a Hotel Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor to serve as our guests first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. The agent will be responsible for interacting with the guests to provide the highest quality service and to ensure the hotel guests receive a secure place to stay with friendly and attentive service.
Responsibilities:
Check guests in and out efficiently while ensuring accurate billing.
Issue Room keys.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner.
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Answer phone calls and process reservations.
Balance and audit daily transactions, including cash, credit card, and room charges.
Ensure the safety and security of guests and hotel property.
Monitor and respond to emergency situations as needed.
Follow all hotel policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety guidelines.
Skills:
Prior front desk, customer service, or hotel experience preferred.
Familiarity with hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fosse) is a plus.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Professional image through appearance and conduct
Telephone etiquette / Ability to problem solve
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Authorized to work in the United States
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
1 year of Front Desk experience
Basic math / English skills
Knowledge of computers / Office machines
Weekend Availability
