Marketing Specialist
Seeking to add a motivated, driven, creative and open-minded full-time Marketing Specialist to our team.
We work a full-time schedule with flexible work hours in our office located in downtown Houston.
This critical role to our recruiting firm’s success will be an integral enabler with our social media campaigns, follower growth, communication and marketing strategies, advertising and business development, internal communication, as well as our branding and presence in key sectors of our core industries. She / he will also have the opportunity to work with some of the recruiting industry’s veteran Recruiters and Sourcers, including former SpaceX employees, which have hired talent for Elon Musk’s rocket company, at the highest caliber.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO…
Marketing and Communication
- Assist with branding initiatives, including sponsorship opportunities
- Create and manage social media campaigns for attracting followers
- Manage and build up social media pages, outreach, and sites
- Job Ad Creation using Adobe suite, Canva, and other tools
- Help manage company swag store with promotional products
- Put together marketing gift packages for new and ongoing clients
- Visit local businesses for new business development opportunities
- Develop creative strategies and fun methods / events for enhancing our internal communication and team building
