Job Title : Director, Corporate Accounts
Location : Remote
The Director, Corporate Accounts is a position with dedicated focus on the support, growth and development of select multi-location accounts, where buying decisions and strategic plans are made at a corporate level. This position will be responsible for establishing relationships with key decision makers along with the accounts marketing and education leads, and for building business plans with them to maximize the success of Alastin across locations. The Director, Corporate Accounts will provide leadership to the local Account Managers servicing the clinics for optimized execution and pull-through. The Director, Corporate Accounts will report to the VP, Sales and will participate in Executive meetings as appropriate to report on the progress and plans for the Corporate Accounts.
Establish relationships with key decision makers within the Corporate Account\\\'s corporate office, becoming the lead point of contact
Conduct business assessment and build strategic growth plan for select existing and targeted Corporate Accounts. Partner with local Account Manager to develop forecast targets, initiatives to drive growth and reports to monitor progress of these accounts
Take personal accountability and ownership for Corporate Account overall revenue and growth
Partner with accounts and ALASTIN team to deliver profitable sales for the account and ALASTIN
T. principles, to include education on the science, messaging, social media, provide selling skills for office staff, incentives and general best practices
Apply analytical and strategic assessment skills in developing and maintaining reports for each account, including baselines, growth plans, metrics, and opportunities; must be prepared to present to Executive team quarterly
Demonstrate leadership in communicating with and supporting Account Managers who own local responsibility for clinic locations; ensure they have timely information and resources necessary to provide first class support to their customers, and assist in pull-through planning
Establish travel itinerary (quarterly) with the VP, Sales, based on priorities and T&E budget
8 or more years Aesthetic sales experience
2 or more years of strategic or corporate account management experience required
Previous Strategic Account Management experience preferred
Sustained sales performance : Effective goal setting, planning and communication, relationship-building, and strong problem-solving skills
Strong analytical skills with ability to utilize Excel and PowerPoint when needed
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and get others to buy in to specific goals and strategies in a fast placed, demanding environment
Frequently moves materials weighing up to 50lbs for account and event needs
Frequently operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
Must be able to travel 50% of the time
