What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Director position at StartUs GmbH?
We are looking for an Account Director to join our Latam Partner Sales Team. We are are seeking someone with a history of revenue generation, great teamwork spirit and passion for online media sales and innovation. This role will be based in Miami. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences music.
What you’ll do
- Support Latam - Mexico, Perú & Central America partners in selling ad space in order to grow advertising revenues by creating, maintaining, and sustaining relationships with media agencies, creative agencies and clients directly
- Work in strong collaboration with Latam re-seller partners across agency departments, i.e. radio, digital, branded content, to deliver successful campaigns
- Focus on brand sell, educating and inspiring our Latam re-seller partners to sell Spotify
- Meet and exceed advertising revenue targets
- Help setting up scalable, efficient processes for Latam re-seller partners
- Represent Spotify at events and serve as a brand ambassador
