Your Impact
The GALE Development Program is a hands-on program that will set you upon the path of a career in client services. Candidates will be exposed to advanced marketing techniques, account management, project development and management, client communications, and presentation ownership. You will gain hands-on learning within an actual client environment, adapting your skills alongside a team of mentors. This knowledge will set you upon a path to be able to manage client expectations while delivering innovative results for the client’s brand.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE:
During your first three months, you will focus on learning the fundamentals of client communications, client presentations, and project management. Upon completion of the learning phase, you will be paired with a mentor and placed onto a client team for the remainder of the year to hone your skills in client services.At the end of the Development Program, you will pursue an Associate position in the Client Partner domain.

What You Will Be Doing
- First 3 months - Learning
- Build best practices of client communications: Understand a client’s true needs and address those with superior service, handle delicate situations, manage expectations, and deliver outstanding results, and learn how a client partner sells services and strategy to various client stakeholders within the brand.
- Understand how a full service agency such as GALE operates in a truly integrated fashion across offerings and activations.
- Develop the skills to deliver captivating presentations to clients that will address their needs and position GALE as a partner to deliver innovative results.
- Learn the basics of project management, including project scoping and how to work with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrate your ability to collaborate, use existing resources, and integrate what you’ve learned in a Capstone Project.
- Final 9 months - Mentorship
- Collaborate with a team to carry out dynamic client projects.
- Build on your knowledge and skills across data, marketing, technology, and creative.
- Share your learnings and insights with a variety of internal audiences.
- Play an integral part in building a strategic initiative that will have broad, customer applications for a high value client.
- Work with clients on supporting key marketing programs, fully understanding their customer segments and brand direction.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the client and their industry.
- Work with agency leadership and cross functional teams to install new project components.
- Create and/or provide feedback on project estimates and timelines.
- Monitor, document and analyze trends, and make recommendations on how to move client’s businesses forward.
- Learn new technologies and advertising platforms to serve our client’s needs.
