• Proven Leadership (3 years): You have a demonstrably successful track record of leading and motivating crews in landscaping and related projects.
• Safety First: You prioritize a safe work environment and ensure your crew adheres to all safety protocols.
• Hands-on Expertise: You possess a strong skillset in various construction tasks, including:
  • Site Preparation: Excavation, grading, concrete work (curbing, patching)
  • Finishing Touches: Light carpentry, painting, and similar tasks
  • Equipment Proficiency: You're skilled in operating skid steers, loaders, and excavators.
• Eagle Eye: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality are essential.
