Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and driven Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to analyze and document business requirements, facilitate the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, and ensure that our Salesforce platform meets the evolving needs of the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, business processes, and a proven track record in transforming business requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct detailed analysis of existing business processes and systems, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions using Salesforce capabilities.
- Work closely with Salesforce developers and administrators to design, configure, and test Salesforce solutions that align with business needs.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of Salesforce workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation to improve business operations.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure that business needs are effectively met with the Salesforce platform.
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases to guide development and implementation.
- Assist in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users on new features and enhancements.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance and functionality post-implementation to ensure continuous improvement and issue resolution.
- Stay updated on new Salesforce features and updates, recommending relevant solutions to improve business operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role, with expertise in Salesforce CRM.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce features, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and developing functional specifications.
- Proven ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver Salesforce-based solutions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builder, reports, dashboards, and automation tools.
- Experience with Agile methodology and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of other Salesforce products, such as Pardot or Community Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools and APIs.
- Familiarity with data management, including data migration and cleansing.
- Experience with third-party Salesforce applications and integrations.
