Job Description/ Responsibilities/ Years of Experience
• Leading the validation effort for the HCM Modules such as Core HR, Benefits, compensation, Talent acquisition, Talent management and Payroll
• Testing Workday integrations and Payroll validation
• Functional testing, System Integration testing & Regression Testing
• Business development support (Estimations, RFPS, presentations, capabilities building)
• Analyze Functional Specification and Create Test Scenario and Scripts
• Execute Test Scripts and Analyze Results
• Utilize the Test management tools (HP ALM/Jira) and Automation tools (Selenium / Kianos Smart / UFT)
• Update customers on the daily status
• Foresee and mitigate any risks in the project roadmap
• Coordinate the team to get the daily deliverables are met
• Over 10 years of experience in testing HCM applications and 5 years of Workday testing
• Expertise in testing HCM Modules such as Core HR, Benefits, compensation, Talent acquisition, Talent management and Payroll
• Hands on testing experience in testing Workday integrations and Payroll validation
• In depth experience in functional testing, System Integration testing & Regression Testing
• Sound Knowledge in Software Testing Process
• Hands on experience in Agile methodology
• Exposure to business development support (Estimations, RFPS, presentations, capabilities building)
• Analyze Functional Specification and Create Test Scenario and Scripts
• Execute Test Scripts and Analyze Results
• Fair understanding in Workday Automation leveraging Selenium
• Knowledge on Test management tools (HP ALM/Jira) and Automation tools (Selenium / Kianos Smart/ UFT)
• Good Communication Skills
