About the Job
The Seasonal Warehouse Packing Associate is responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient packing and preparation of camp supplies for shipment to over 70 locations across multiple states. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to operational excellence.
This is a seasonal, full-time position, averaging 40 hours per week from February 19, 2025, through various end dates in June. Work hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, with occasional weekend shifts as needed.
Core Responsibilities:
Supply Preparation & Packing
Pull, count, prepare, and pack thousands of camp supplies with precision and timeliness.
Execute repetitive tasks with efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality.
Demonstrate a commitment to meeting packing deadlines and accuracy goals.
Warehouse Organization & Maintenance
Maintain, organize, and ensure a clean, functional, and safe workspace.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in workflow and organization.
Adhere to all warehouse safety guidelines and protocols.
Team Collaboration & Efficiency
Work closely with the Supply Chain team to support overall warehouse operations.
Take initiative in identifying ways to enhance productivity and team success.

Compensation
We anticipate compensation for this seasonal, non-exempt role to be $18.00 per hour. The exact offer will be determined based on a variety of factors, including geography, relevant skills, and professional experience.
Our pay practices are guided by a commitment to equity and informed by market benchmarking and internal audits to minimize bias and ensure fairness across all roles.

Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a production or warehouse environment.Ability to speak and understand Spanish is preferred but not required.
Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Ability to fulfill the physical demands of the position, including but not limited to lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs, frequent standing, walking, kneeling, and manual dexterity.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to receive and implement feedback to improve performance.
