We are looking for a talented Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to support our growing Service Department! The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional with a positive, outgoing attitude, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The BDC agent is responsible for scheduling appointment and developing, managing, following up and tracking all service leads – through inbound and outbound campaigns. If you have an excellent work ethic, strong communication skills, and work well with a team, Gallatin Ford & CDJR is the place for you! Previous dealership experience is not required, but a strong background in customer service is a must! Basic vehicle/automotive knowledge preferred. We are willing to train the candidate who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their career.
Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls professionally and with urgency
- Document conversations and update customer records in order to grow database for follow up and retention
- Schedule appointments via phone, email and text
- Build and maintain knowledge of product information and availability, current sales pricing, and manufacturer promotions
- Follow up on all leads
Qualifications
- Strong customer service background
- Proficient phone & computer skills
- Must be energetic, enthusiastic, and work well with a team
- Ability to multi-task

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
