Overview:
Galliant is looking for a passionate and highly skilled Office Manager to join our Elkhorn Clinic!

We are seeking a hands-on Office Manager who will help manage and lead the clinic and be an essential part of our mission to provide personalized, evidence-based interventions for individuals with autism. Your work here goes beyond tasks – it's about making a lasting impact with most of the day-to-day duties being in team management, scheduling, office organization, helping out on the floor, managing performance metrics and supporting the clinical leadership. Location: Elkhorn, NE
Schedule: Full-time, requires you to be in the office building from 7:30AM-4:30PM
What To Expect:
- Scheduling - Oversee and manage a highly complex scheduling system, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency while adapting to frequent last-minute changes, staff availability, and client needs. Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, balancing clinical requirements, staff workload, and operational priorities. There's a fair amount of schedule changes weekly and daily, and scheduling is a critical function of the role, therefore candidates must display a strong level of time-management, communication, planning, and organization. You will be responsible for contacting clinicians and families of any schedule changes.
- Team Support - Leading and organizing team meetings and team events, assist therapy staff with needs around the office, be the staff's biggest advocate and assist staff on performance improvement where assigned
- Clinic Management - Providing a safe and therapeutic environment for daily patients and employees, while also ensuring the clinic is hitting its assigned metrics
- Administrative Support - Answering phones, responding to emails, assisting with research data collection and documentation and scheduling appointments
- Client Management - Effectively interacts with patients, families, physicians and other healthcare workers
- Community Outreach - Connect with local entities, schedule training, and represent the clinic at community events
- Referral Marketing - Assist the Marketing Manager in developing local referrers for clinic clients and manage leads
- Direct Therapy - Will be required to become a certified RBT within 4 months of start date and work direct with clients when needed
Who You Are:
- Aligned with creating excellent clinical outcomes for our clients and improving the satisfaction of their family lives
- Believes the best ABA therapy is focused on individualize care and working with client within their support system
- Passionate about working with children and display a strong level of comfort in helping children (may need to assist staff from time to time)
- Expert scheduler with experience managing a highly complex and ever changing schedule
- Strong time management skills
- Expert with systems, computer skills, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate a high level of flexibility to meet staff, client, and clinic needs
- Previous experience with staff management and scheduling is required
