Position Overview : They need a talented and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator to join their growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting virtual design, BIM, and construction efforts. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure accurate digital models and construction documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate virtual design and Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes to enhance project planning and execution.
- Lead clash detection efforts, identifying and resolving design conflicts across architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project designs and timelines.
- Create accurate and detailed documentation of design changes and project updates for the construction team.
- Support the project management team in reviewing project scopes, timelines, and cost estimates using virtual models.
- Ensure that all virtual design efforts comply with industry standards and company policies.
