Power Washing Tech / Lead Tech

Job Description

Position #1 : Tech

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 / hour tips

Tasks/Responsibilities

- Assist the Lead Tech in performing duties during service.

- Perform a 360 walk-around of the truck before any departure to ensure all equipment is

secured and packed away.

- Assist Lead tech with directions when in-route to next location (to keep the Lead Tech

focused on driving)

- Perform all ground/landscape protection during roof cleaning and building washing. -

Keep an active awareness and perform hose line management to prevent any property

damage or tripping hazards to pedestrians.

- Perform surface cleaning/pressure washing services

- Perform equipment repairs on/off site.

- Locate and establish water source immediately upon arrival to job site. -

Move/relocate all mobile plants, furniture, items from service areas and work-site. -

Place cones and/or barricades when any traffic hazards are present or pedestrian

access must be restricted.

- Follow orders from Lead Tech.

Job Description

Position #2 : Lead Tech

Pay: $22.50 - $25.00 / hour tips

Tasks/Responsibilities

- Operate as the “Team Leader” for the crew, overseeing the performance and duties of

the Tech.

- Operate the company vehicle

- On arrival to job site, confirm the address on the schedule, with the physical address

(confirming you are at the right location)

- Attempt to make contact to verify if anyone is home, and announce your arrival,

informing them of the services being perform, estimated length of time for

completion, and introduce crew.

- Perform all cleaning services

- Delegate tasks

- Supervise Tech

- Maintain schedule, and notify clients if there will be any delay in arrival/service.

- Responsible for knowing and enforcing all Policies and Procedures.

- Verify that all equipment is accounted for, and secured on truck prior to moving.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $18.50 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 36 per week
