Become the newest member of our dynamic team as the Director of Food Safety, Quality Assurance & Sanitation where you will lead the company in ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality, and sanitation in our dairy processing and manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement food safety, quality, and sanitation strategies.
Lead Food Safety Management System (GFSI-FSSC 22000).
Ensure compliance with FDA, WDATCP, FSSC 22000, USDA, HACCP, and other regulations.
Oversee quality assurance programs and sanitation management.
Conduct audits, manage inspections, and lead crisis management plans.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain detailed records.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
10 years in food safety, quality assurance, and sanitation (dairy industry experience a plus).
Proficient in regulatory requirements and industry standards.
HACCP, FDA PCQI, Better Processing School, WDATCP Pasteurizer, and FDA Food Defense certifications.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
