As a part-time strengths coach at Gallup, you will be an integral part of our mission to change the world by delivering high-impact coaching experiences to our clients. Your ability to listen, ask powerful questions, and consult on management, leadership and strengths concepts will be key to unlocking the infinite potential of leaders, managers, experts and individual contributors across all industries.

To optimize your onboarding experience in our engaging and collaborative culture, we ask new associates to train in person at our Omaha Riverfront campus. You’ll have the ability to transition to working either fully remote or hybrid (on-site and from home). We encourage all associates to attend team meetings, recognition celebrations and learning events in person, whenever possible.

What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in education, behavioral/organizational science, communications, psychology, business or a related field
- At least three years of experience coaching, teaching, training, facilitating or consulting in a professional environment required
- Must be able to commit to 20 hours a week; additional hours may be available based on client demands
- Must have access to a quiet and confidential environment to conduct coaching calls if working outside of the Omaha Riverfront office
- Must live within a 60-mile radius of Omaha, Nebraska, to attend meetings and certification trainings in person
- An understanding and passion for CliftonStrengths desired
- Gallup CliftonStrengths Certified Coach or ICF certification a plus
- Eligibility to work in the United States is required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
