The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will collaborate closely with business leaders in our Portsmouth and Marlborough locations to align people strategies with business objectives. Serving as a trusted partner, the HRBP will work across the HR team to anticipate, assess, and address people priorities, ensuring that business needs are met while fostering a One Galvion Culture. This role is integral in managing people programs, organizational efficiency, and HR initiatives to maintain a positive employee experience and organizational performance. Be part of a team committed to business enablement! This role is expected to be in Portsmouth 4 days per week and Marlborough, Massachusetts 1 day per week.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping align HR strategies with business objectives for designated stakeholders.
- People Programs and Operations: Lead the implementation of people programs that align with corporate and cultural goals, ensuring continuous delivery of HR initiatives and a high employee experience.
- Advisory & Coaching: Use strong advisory and coaching skills to influence and guide leadership on performance management, organizational design, and other HR initiatives.
- Business Metrics & Decision Making: Leverage strong analytical skills to interpret business metrics and guide critical people decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate proactively with global teams and the broader HR team to provide solutions that enable strong execution across all levels.
- Compliance and Legal Expertise: Ensure adherence to US labor laws, state laws, and HR-related compliance requirements while maintaining high confidentiality when dealing with sensitive data.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; specialized skills in HR.
- Experience: 8-10 years of relevant HR experience, with manufacturing experience preferred.
- Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of US labor and state laws, as well as compliance requirements.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to build strong, credible relationships with business leaders.
- Analytical Acumen: Strong ability to interpret business metrics and coach leadership on people decisions.
- Project Management: Excellent organizational skills and project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment and provide strategic guidance through ambiguity.
- Global Experience: Experience working with global teams is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with all levels of the organization.
