We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a growing team! This is a highly visible role that will act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, driving HR initiatives and helping align HR strategy with overall business goals. In this role, you will:
Serve as the primary point of contact for managers and employees for all HR-related matters.
Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business strategy.
Act as a change agent to support business transformation and continuous improvement.
Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and employees on complex HR issues.
Collaborate with managers to resolve employee relations matters with fairness and consistency.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
Manage and participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and employee experience.
Support organizational change management and communication strategies.
Partner with internal HR teams to deliver a seamless and consistent HR service delivery model.
