Description :
The client is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of renewable energy transactional experience to join their Finance Practice Group and Energy Sector in one of their offices located in Houston, Los Angeles, Madison, Milwaukee, New York, or Washington, DC . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in renewable energy project finance and tax credit transactions , with a broad understanding of renewable energy due diligence .
Key Responsibilities :
- Draft and negotiate complex transaction documents , including credit agreements and tax equity documents .
- Review project documents , manage subject-matter specialist review , and handle the closing of transactions .
- Support the energy practice group by providing legal guidance on renewable energy matters and contributing to the growth of the practice.
- Work in a client-driven environment , managing complex and challenging tasks with a focus on achieving the long-term strategic objectives of the Energy Sector .
