Essential Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in collaboration with project teams and trade partners.
- Produce conceptual schedules independently for review and refinement with stakeholders.
- Oversee all project scheduling activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and client expectations.
- Monitor, analyze, and update design deliverables, procurement, and construction schedules.
- Review and critique vendor and subcontractor schedule updates, verifying accuracy and progress.
- Understand and manage the flow and logistics required for successful project execution.
- Maintain a database of probable activity durations to inform scheduling accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide regular status updates, forecasts, and progress reports to project management.
- Collaborate with project managers to resolve delays, improve processes, and recommend workaround plans to maintain project timelines.
- Perform other duties as requested by project management.
- Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Administration (preferred).
