Our client, a major player in commercial construction with a strong national presence and
multiple regional offices, is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to lead planning and
scheduling efforts across large-scale vertical construction projects. This role is pivotal in driving
project delivery timelines through the development, analysis, and management of complex
schedules from preconstruction through project completion.
Core Responsibilities:
● Develop detailed construction schedules in collaboration with project teams and trade
partners
● Oversee and update master schedules, ensuring alignment with procurement, design,
and construction milestones
● Produce conceptual and baseline schedules independently for team validation
● Analyze schedule risks, progress, and performance metrics for internal and external
reporting
● Maintain a library of duration benchmarks and scheduling standards
● Create schedule layouts, alternate sequences, and measurement methods
● Collaborate cross-functionally on 3D modeling integration for enhanced schedule
visualization
Required Skills & Experience:
● 7–10 years of experience in industrial or commercial construction (vertical builds
preferred)
● Proficiency with Primavera P6 and strong ERP cost management systems
● Strong working knowledge of construction planning, sequencing, and progress tracking
● Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and project documentation tools
● Excellent communication and analytical abilities
● Background in mid-rise, high-rise, data center, or distribution center construction strongly
preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
● Base salary: $150K–$170K
