Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with extensive land development experience.
As a Senior Project Manager, you
- Represent the firm in client meetings, define the Scope of Work, prepare cost estimates, conduct site assessments, set project timelines, and finalize proposals.
- Ensure the success of the profit center by overseeing and participating in team design, production, quality control, training, and employee performance management.
- Contribute to regional and company-wide decision-making and growth strategies through regular meetings.
- Lead with Full Circle Thinking and provide positive leadership to both the region and the company.
- Hold a PE license and manage up to two Project Managers while directly supervising up to four non-supervisory staff members.
