Description :
The client is seeking a Corporate Associate with 2-5 years of relevant experience to join their Transactions Practice Group in Silicon Valley, San Francisco, or New York . The ideal candidate will work on a variety of corporate matters, including emerging companies & venture capital (ECVC) financing , M&A , private equity , and general corporate counseling for both publicly and privately held companies, private equity funds, and other investors and entrepreneurs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle venture capital / early-stage financings , mergers, acquisitions , dispositions , joint ventures , and other commercial transactions .
- Provide general corporate counseling to clients, ensuring strategic guidance for their business and transactional needs.
- Work in a collaborative environment , managing transactions and interacting directly with partners and clients.
- Draft sophisticated transactional documents and manage projects related to corporate matters.
- Develop client-facing relationships while supporting long-term corporate practice growth.
