Gamber-Johnson LLC, an award-winning industry leader in the manufacturing of mobile and proAV mounting solutions trusted to be “Rugged, Reliable, and Responsive,” is looking for an Customer Service Representative to join our team.
What You’ll Do:
As Customer Service Representative your role is to respond to written or phone contacts regarding sales orders, product pricing, general product information, order delivery status, estimated freight costs, customer complaints, installation applications, and general customer interactions. This role requires active participation in team meetings, problem solving, and data collection..
Responsibilities:
- Enters orders into company ERP software in compliance with company procedures.
- Reviews customer purchase orders for errors or omissions before entry and schedules shipments with Production Supervisor.
- Responds to customer requests for price quotations in compliance with company pricing policies. Refers all requests that may require special pricing considerations to the Regional Sales Manager and Sales Director for approval.
- Answer incoming calls.
- Maintain customer information and notes in Salesforce.
- Processes customer complaints and product feedback using NetSuite.
- Actively participates in team problem solving, process and product improvement, and decision-making.
- Attends all product training sessions.
- Attends trade shows as assigned by Sales Director.
- Assist Service Department as necessary with customer returns.
- Maintain frequent contact with resellers and regional sales team.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Complete special assignments as requested by the management.
- Comply and assist with all company ISO requirements in pursuit of continuous improvement.

- Must have good team and communication skills.
- Must be proficient in Windows/Microsoft Office programs
- Must develop a working knowledge of company’s product line.
- Good written and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines (effective time management skills).
