As a Retail Associate, you'll be the face of our store, helping customers discover their next favorite game while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys engaging with people, loves games, and thrives in a dynamic retail setting.

• Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, assist with product recommendations, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
• Retail Operations: Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, process payments, manage online orders, and ensure accurate pricing.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean and organized, including display cases, shelves, play areas, and employee spaces.
• Inventory & Orders: Track stock levels, record special customer orders, and notify them upon arrival.
• Event & Community Support: Help promote and facilitate in-store gaming events to encourage community participation.
• Problem-Solving: Handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries with a positive and solution-oriented approach.

• Passion for tabletop games & TCGs – You love gaming and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others.
• Strong communication skills – Friendly, approachable, and able to assist customers effectively.
• Organized & reliable – Able to follow opening/closing procedures and manage store tasks independently.
• Retail experience preferred – Previous experience in retail or the gaming industry is a plus!
• Team player with a positive attitude – Eager to contribute to a fun and supportive work environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
