Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the daily operations of our family owned Restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient management of the restaurant industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for food service, contributing to a positive work atmosphere while driving sales and maintaining operational standards. The ideal candidate must be able to prioritize the importance of tasks in which order they matter most in a timely fashion, must be a team player, and must be able to work in an extremely face paced environment.
Duties
- Assist in managing daily store operations.
- Supervise and train staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and resolve any issues.
- Greatly all tables and bar guest to ensure they're completely satisfied
- Support inventory management by overseeing stock levels, ordering supplies.
- Participate in recruiting efforts to attract top talent for the store.
- Make sure all guests are greeted once they enter the establishment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Drive sales initiatives by implementing promotional strategies and upselling products.
Skills
- Proven experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to sell products while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. .
- Experience in training new employees is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Being able to multitask while helping out every single staff member
- Must be honest, knowledgeable, and have taken a food safety course
Must have 3 years of Restaurant experience with Restaurant references
