Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist General Counsel with day-to-day tasks, specifically the management of the General Counsel’s calendar, daily agenda, and priorities.
- Help maintain databases, including but not limited to:
- Company-wide athlete agent registration;
- Legal invoice tracking;
- Legal Department cloud file storage;
- Document management:
- Organize and maintain legal files.
- Manage a repository for fully-executed contracts.
- Ensure all documents are filed and updated in accordance with standards.
- General assistance to the department in special and ongoing projects.
- Compliance assistance with state-specific Athlete Agent Registration across all talent representation divisions.
- Support the legal team in managing disputes, pre-litigation negotiations and adversarial proceedings.
- Research legal topics as assigned by General Counsel and legal team.
- Liaison between the Finance and Legal department to track invoice payments in connection with outside legal counsel.
- Assist with travel arrangements for Legal Team
- All other duties as assigned
- BA/BS from an accredited University or College, and/or recent law school grads.
- 1 years experience in an office assistant role, preferably in a sports agency, team, league or other sports organization, entertainment law firm, or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Resourceful, curious, and ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
- Outstanding organizational and presentation skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Interest in law, understanding of talent representation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- High level of commitment to quality of work product, ethics, integrity, and compliance
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of audiences, both written and verbally
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times

Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
