Patient Service Representative

GameDay Men's Health is a the leader in men's anti-aging health with multiple locations throughout Southern California. We specialize in Testosterone Replacement Therapy and Erectile Dysfunction treatments.

The Patient Access Representative will be responsible for:

• Scheduling all incoming patients for testosterone replacement consultations and other services over text and/or phone.
• Answering phone calls from current and prospective patients.
• Reaching out via text and phone to current and past patients and offering new and exciting specials
• Serving as the liaison between patients and clinical staff above all else, maintaining professionalism and treating patients with respect.
• Reaching out to prior members who stopped their program and offer them discounts to get back on the Gameday programs.
• Provide general support to the team as needed, assisting with various tasks to ensure our clinics operate efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Knowledge about text platforms, EMR systems, and web tools.
• Experience working in a customer service role in a healthcare setting
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and you’re comfortable reaching out to patients and potential partners.
• Bilingual highly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
