General Manager - DREAM CAREER ALERT - Video Game Lounge at DFW Airport

Gameway (www.Gameway.gg) is the world’s first premium video game lounge company located exclusively in airports. We currently have many locations at the Dallas-Fort Worth airport, LAX, Charlotte. Houston and we are opening several more locations throughout the US very soon. Here’s how Gameway works: the customer rents our gaming station by the time. With their rental they receive their own station complete with 4K TV, premium headphones, PlayStation/Xbox/PC (depending on the station) with about 30 of the newest and most popular games pre-downloaded, a charging station, high speed internet and more. General Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

- Oversee day to day business operations

- Ensure stores are opened and staffed appropriately

- Ensure customers have a welcoming and satisfying visit

- Manage inventory levels and order more supplies when necessary

- Ensure all equipment is working properly

- Analyze and manages financial results

- Identify and execute hiring, terminating and advancement of team members

- Evaluate employee performance and provide additional coaching and support as needed

- Responsible for all sales and hitting/exceeding sales targets

- Scheduling sales team and be responsible for labor costs

- Making sure Gameway is always clean and kept at highest standards

- Uphold all policies and procedures provided by Gameway

- Be able to lift 30 pounds

- Managing cash tills and depositing cash into bank one or more times per week

General Manager Requirements and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 3 years of General Manager experience in retail or sales

- Can pass an FBI background check to get airport badge

- Flexible schedule

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Positive and high energy

- High customer service skills

- Fast Learner

- Gifted at selling

- Experience in coaching and developing a team

- Experience in understanding overall day to day operations

- Video Gamer! You must enjoy playing video games and be current with gaming knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
