This role will work 9am-5:30pm with Tuesday and Wednesday off each week.
Job Overview:
Supervise housekeeping team activities to ensure hotel rooms and public spaces meet cleanliness standards. Provide direction, oversee daily cleaning objectives, inspect work, and assist with administration of housekeeping services. Ensure the housekeeping team meets or exceeds expectations in guest service, satisfaction, safety, sanitation, and compliance with policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise housekeeping team members to achieve established cleanliness standards
- Provide guidance and support to housekeeping staff
- Inspect work quality and identify areas for improvement
- Assist with administration of housekeeping services, including scheduling and inventory management

Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the hotel industry, cleaning industry, or related field. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required. Basic proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office, necessary. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
