Job Title: Workforce Development Training academy |Fitchburg, MA

Job Summary:
This training academy will provide exposure to various areas of community based mental health including In-home therapy, In-home Behavioral Support and Intensive Care Coordination outpatient services with a with a primary focus on Therapeutic Mentoring and Family Partner Support. The position requires a strong desire to assist individuals and families in need, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Join the mental health field as a Therapeutic Mentor or Family Partner
- Work with caregiver(s) and youth in their homes and community
- Navigate and document in an electronic medical record
- Access and track insurance authorizations
- Work with a network of treatment providers
- To perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director and/or Program Director.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age
- 4 week program - 1x a week (Monday)
- Minimum High school diploma or equivalent
- Driver’s License required
- Bilingual Preferred (Spanish/English)
