Professionalism-Greets visitors of diverse backgrounds by connecting with individuals in respectful dialogue to collect and obtain information to resolve any issues/concerns. The student will collaborate with HR professionals to improve processes and share ideas on how to improve our customer service for the university.
Technology-The student will assist with launching our new addition to the employment verification process by adding new hires into the e-verify system and maintaining spreadsheets for tracking.

The Human Resources Front Desk Attendant will greet and direct visitors; answer, screen, and direct phone calls; assist students with payroll-related questions; conduct web-based research; assist with project work; file and copy documents; make campus-wide deliveries; and perform other office-related tasks as assigned.

1. Current student in good academic
standing.
2. Able to follow directions with accuracy
and in a timely manner.
3. Articulate verbal and written
communication skills.
4. Detail-oriented; able to alphabetize.
5. General office skills.
6. Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel
and the internet.
