GGS is seeking a highly experienced Federal EEO Case Reviewer to assist with our team of contract Federal EEO Investigators. *32-Hour EEO Investigator Training Certificate and current 8-Hour Refresher Certificate must be submitted with resume at the time of application to be considered for this position.*
Position Description:
Expertise in anti-discrimination statutes (Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Equal Pay Act of 1963, the Genetic Information Non-Discrimination Act of 2008) and implementing regulations under 29 C.F.R. Part 1614 required. Reviews completed EEO investigations for compliance with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (EEOC), Management Directive 110 and other governing directives and regulations and Client requirements.
Ensures the timely review and preparation of Reports of Investigation (ROIs) for submission to the Client. Reviews completed work for quality assurance purposes. Ensure reports are well-written, summarizing all relevant evidence to address the claims accepted for investigation, and the file is assembled properly with all supporting documents, including affidavits, documentary evidence and appropriate agency records referenced in the file.
Responsibilities:
Review Reports of Investigations (ROIs) for sufficiency and quality standards prescribed by GGS, Inc.
Oversee work of contract investigators and provide feedback to investigators investigating complaints of discrimination including race, religion, color, national origin, sex, age, and disability.
Provide mentoring and training to investigators and support personnel as needed.
Review Investigative Plans and oversee the progress of the investigation to ensure all contractual deadlines are satisfied, and investigations are thorough and sound.
Finalize the investigative record for release and submit to the Client.
