Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Consultant at Garage Flooring Pros. Sales Consultant will be expected to drive to 5-8 appointments per day typically within a 70 mile radius of Raleigh, NC. You will not be required to source your own leads, but many of our sales consultants employ strategies to maximize referral business to increase sales volume.
Key Performance Metrics
Achieve 50% close rate
Achieve monthly sales goal based on # of appointments allocated
Adhere to strict pricing guidance set by management
Compensation
100% commission based
Successful sales consultants earn between $80k-$130k/year
Training
You will train for 2 days with one of our several experienced sales consultants in a neighboring state. You will be provided with product information, sales materials, and taught our estimating & selling process.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated top performer in previous sales roles
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the construction or flooring industry is a plus
- Experience in in-home sales is a plus
Salary : $80,000 - $130,000
