Job Description:
The Customer Solutions Specialist main objective will be providing exceptional service to our customers. You will be working with all members of our customer service and production teams to ensure that we are all working towards the same goals and objectives.

Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Quality
· Transcribe, process, and efficiently enter customer information and order details into the CRM system with the highest level of accuracy.
· Perform basic math calculations to confirm that our GarageSkins systems will fit with the customers garage door measurements.
· Politely communicate, via email or on the phone, with honesty and transparency while dealing with customers’ inquiries, complaints, and problems.
Delivery
· Understand and communicate to our customers the overall workflow through the entire ordering processes from inquiries to final delivery.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and ability to relate this to our customers’.
· Able to wear multiple hats, pivot seamlessly across the different stages of our customer service department and strategically prioritize workload.
· Aim to be proactive vs. reactive to our customers’ needs and wants.

· Encourage continuous improvement throughout the Sales/Customer Service Department.
· Maintain a solution-based mentality to overcome any and all challenges we face in the sales/customer service department.

Ensure Safe Work Environment
· Maintain compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
· Strong analytical skills and ability to perform basic math skills for measurement calculations and for order entry purposes.
· Minimum one (1) years’ experience in a customer service role.
· Prior experience working with a Customer Relations Management (CRM) system. HubSpot preferred.
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to be organized, employ tact with others and be customer centric.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong computer experience with the emphasis in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Able to be flexible with procedures and processes such as moving from a start-up company to a high-performance manufacturing company in the upcoming months.
· Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
Physical Demands:
· Sedentary. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and phone.
Pay:
· $22.50/Hr. to start. Potential for advancement is available.
· Sales Bonus available for qualified employees.

Work Schedule:
· M-F 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (including a 30-minute lunch break). Some flexibility available and can be discussed at the time of interview.
