We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate title processing and maintaining compliance with state law. This position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to conduct thorough research with neighboring states.
Responsibilities
- Process title documents accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Process title work through the state of Indiana and neighboring states.
- Communicate effectively with clients.
- Maintain organized records of all title transactions and documentation.
- Utilize CVR to register title work in the state of Indiana
Experience
- Previous experience in a L&T a must.
- Familiarity with title processing procedures and regulations is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Proficient in research methodologies related to titles and legal documentation.
- Knowledge CVR is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowlwdge of neighboring states title work desirable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
