Family Law Attorney OR Civil Litigator
We are working with a highly regarded boutique litigation firm that is looking to add either a Family Law Attorney or Civil Litigator to their growing Naples team. Position Overview(s):
1. Family Law Attorney (Associate-Level or Lateral)
The firm is seeking an attorney who can handle family law matters from intake to resolution, ideally with courtroom experience. Candidates with 3 years of relevant experience are preferred, but strong candidates with 1–2 years and a solid foundation will be considered and mentored.
Ideal Profile:
- Experience with divorce, custody, support, and domestic violence matters
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
- Strong writing and interpersonal skills
- Eager to grow within a team-oriented culture
2. Civil Litigation Attorney
The firm seeks a civil litigator with 4–7 years of experience who is ready to run with cases. This attorney will handle a wide range of business and general civil litigation, with flexibility to train in areas such as commercial litigation.
Ideal Profile:
- General civil or business litigation experience (employment litigation background also considered)
- Courtroom experience preferred
- Strong written advocacy skills are essential
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to handle cases autonomously
