INVENTORY ASSISTANT
Garcia Roofing is looking for a Inventory Assistant to join our team. You will be required to do daily material prepping, coordinate with vendors, coordinators, schedule deliveries, document inventory, and follow up with vendors and crews.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to):
- Coordinate deliveries, resources, and information between the office and field.
- Keep in contact with the office in regards to projects.
- Be the point of contact for the warehouse and all material dispatchers.
- Use project management tools to monitor materials, deliveries and plans.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, plans and reports.
- Comply with Garcia's policies, procedures and the employee handbook.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Customer service oriented.
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
- Ability to analyze data and accurately process numerical data.
- Positive problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent time management.
- Forklift handling experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook calendar).
GENERAL INFORMATION:
- Work Schedule: (Full time)
- Monday - Friday
- 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- After hours and weekends depending on the workload.
